01 What information we collect
We only collect information that is needed to run the platform. This includes your name, email address, and the proof you upload when completing a challenge (photos or videos).
We do not collect any sensitive personal data beyond what you choose to share. Your profile photo is optional.
02 How we use your data
Your information is used only to operate and improve the Youth Impact platform. Specifically, we use it to:
- →Verify the hours you spend helping your community
- →Show your progress and rank on the leaderboard
- →Let admins review your challenge submissions
We never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
03 Your right to delete your data
You can request that we permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. This includes your profile, all challenge submissions, uploaded photos, and your leaderboard entry.
To request deletion, simply send us an email at support@hourquest.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
We follow GDPR and CCPA guidelines.
04 Cookies and tracking
We use cookies only to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
You can clear cookies from your browser at any time. This will log you out of the platform.
