01 Using the platform

By creating an account on Youth Impact, you agree to use the platform honestly and for its intended purpose — helping your community and earning verified volunteer hours.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. If you're under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is aware that you're using Youth Impact.

02 Submitting your work

When you submit proof for a challenge, it must be real and accurate. Faking or editing your proof is not allowed.

!Submitting fake proof will result in your account being permanently banned.
→All uploaded files (photos, videos) are stored securely and reviewed by our admin team.
→Your earned hours and badges belong to your account and cannot be transferred to another person.

03 Our responsibility

Youth Impact provides the platform for you to discover and complete challenges. However, we are not responsible for your physical safety while you are out doing volunteer work in the community.

Please always follow local safety guidelines and laws while completing any challenge. Your wellbeing comes first.

04 Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these terms. This includes accounts that submit fake proof, harass other users, or misuse the platform in any way.

If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, please reach out to us at support@hourquest.com.

05 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we'll notify you by email or with a notice on the platform. By continuing to use Youth Impact after those changes, you agree to the updated terms.
